Telegram alerts

What it is for: getting an alert on your phone when something important happens with your AI agent: a new or hot lead, a booked appointment or an error. That way you do not have to keep watching the panel.

Where to find it: menu My account («Mi cuenta») → Connections («Conexiones»), Alerts section («Avisos»), at the bottom of the screen.
Who sees it: anyone with Connections in their menu. If you do not see it, ask our support team.

What you see first

  1. Alerts in this browser («Avisos en este navegador»): a switch so your browser shows you a system alert.
  2. Your preferences: which Telegram they go to, an extra email and the switches for what to alert you about.

If your Telegram is already connected on this same screen, you will see «Los avisos llegan al Telegram que has conectado arriba» (alerts go to the Telegram you connected above). If not, you will see the Telegram Chat ID field («Chat ID Telegram»).

The little bell at the top is a different thing: that is where you see what has already arrived. This section is for deciding what alerts you and where.

Step by step

Check that Telegram is connected
  1. In the Connections list, check the status of the Telegram row.
  2. In the Alerts section, click Send test («Enviar test»). If all is well, a test message reaches Telegram and the screen says "✓ mensaje enviado, revisa Telegram".
  3. If it is not connected, you can use your own bot (see Connections) or ask our support team. Without that, alerts will not reach your phone.
Choose what we alert you about

Under Notify when («Notificar cuándo») there are four switches:

  • New lead («Lead nuevo»): a new person comes in.
  • Hot lead («Lead caliente»): a lead who is very ready to buy.
  • Appointment booked («Cita agendada»): Your AI agent has closed an appointment.
  • AI agent error («Error en agente IA»): something has failed.

Turn on the ones you want and click Save preferences («Guardar preferencias»). Anything you turn off stops making a sound, but is still noted in the little bell.

Also receive alerts by email
  1. In Additional email (optional) («Email adicional (opcional)») type an address, for example alertas@ejemplo.com.
  2. Click Save preferences.
Turn on browser alerts
  1. Under Alerts in this browser, click Activate («Activar») and accept the permission your browser asks for.
  2. To remove them, click Activated · deactivate («Activados · desactivar»).

Note: this is for THIS browser only. Turning it on on your computer does not turn it on on your phone. For your phone, install the app from The app on your phone (see Connect your agents). If you see Blocked («Bloqueados»), you have to allow them from the padlock in the browser's address bar; it cannot be done from here.
