How to do each thing in EK1, explained calmly.
Getting started
Knowing where you are, moving around EK1 without getting lost, and seeing at a glance what is happening in your business today.
My account
Seeing what you have subscribed to, your invoices, what is still needed to get everything ready, expanding your panel and, if you ever need to, taking your data with you or closing the account.
My brand
Keeping your business name, logos, colours, typefaces and tone of voice in one place. Your forms, bookings and campaigns use this information.
My CRM
Having your leads, sales pipeline, tasks, calendar and notes in one place. You work through your day without switching screens.
Inbox and unanswered messages
Seeing in one place what people write to you, replying without leaving EK1, and checking that nobody is left waiting.
Your website chat
Having a chat window on your website where visitors write to you, and answering them from EK1. If you have an AI agent, it can answer while you are away.
Snippets (saved replies)
Saving the texts you repeat again and again (prices, opening hours, directions) and dropping them into a message by typing "/" and their shortcut.
Landings, domains and web traffic
Creating lead-capture pages (landings), putting them on your own domain, and seeing how many visits and contacts each one brings. Contacts who arrive through a landing go straight into your CRM.
Connect your agents
Talking to your business from the AI tools you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and others) and asking about your leads, your calendar, your invoices or your team, with your real data. And carrying KOR in your pocket, with its alerts.
My agent
Giving your AI agent a name and a face, teaching it what it needs to know about your business, trying it out before it talks to a real lead, and understanding why it answered the way it did.
Seeing and replying to the conversations on your WhatsApp lines, sharing them between your team and deciding what your agent does on each line.
Official WhatsApp
Connecting your number verified on Meta's official platform, seeing how healthy it is and creating the texts (templates) you can use to write to someone first.
Telegram alerts
Getting an alert on your phone when something important happens with your AI agent: a new or hot lead, a booked appointment or an error. That way you do not have to keep watching the panel.
Customers
Keeping in view the people and companies that have already bought from you: what you charge them, what they owe and when their last invoice was. A lead becomes a customer when they buy.
My team
Deciding which of your people get into EK1 and what each one sees.
Contact agenda
Knowing who you need to call today, noting what was discussed, and setting the date of the next call. It is the salesperson's notebook inside EK1.
Product catalogue
Registering what you sell so that your AI agent can offer it to your leads. Each product is a card with its image, its description, a PDF brochure and a link to buy it.
Connections
Seeing in one place which outside accounts your panel has connected (your calendar, your video calls, your social networks), with which account, and connecting or disconnecting what is missing.
Sales and finances
Seeing at a glance how much you are owed, what is overdue and which quotes are waiting for an answer, and understanding how your business is doing: what you bring in each month, what is about to come in and what you keep.
Quotes and invoices
Preparing a quote, sending it, turning it into an invoice when they say yes, and recording the payment. And, if you want to sell without doing anything by hand, creating a payment page your customers can use on their own.
Subscriptions
Charging a fee that repeats (every month, quarter or year) without having to make the invoice each time. You set the subscription up once and each fee goes out by itself: it is invoiced, sent to the customer and, if they have a saved card, charged.
Expenses and accounting
Recording what your business spends (and, if you are the account owner, what you spend personally, kept apart), seeing where the money goes each month, and having the totals ready for your accountant. EK1 does not give tax advice: this page only explains what each screen does.
The mobile app
Recording an expense in three taps while you are out, seeing what you are owed, making a quick invoice or quote, and keeping an eye on your instalments, all from your phone. It is the mobile app of EK1.
WhatsApp campaigns
Sending the same message to many contacts at once (a promotion, a notice, a renewal) through the official WhatsApp channel. You use templates that WhatsApp approves first, and your number is not at risk of being blocked.
Email campaigns
Sending one email to many of your customers and leads at once (news, an offer, a notice). KOR writes it if you ask, you review it, choose who it goes to and send or schedule it.
Calls
Seeing everything your agent has said on the phone: who called, when, how long it lasted, listening to the recording and reading what was said. In the menu it reads «Llamadas atendidas por tu agente, con grabación y transcripción» (calls handled by your agent, with recording and transcript).
Appointments and follow-ups
Seeing the appointments your agent has booked and deciding what it does when a contact stops replying. You also get the list of follow-up messages here.
Lists and segments
Saving, under a name, a group of contacts that meet certain conditions (for example, "hot leads that wrote on WhatsApp and have been silent for 10 days"), so you always have it at hand.
Forms, short links and QR codes
Capturing new contacts. You create a form or a survey, share it with a short link or a QR, and the answers reach your CRM.
Results
Knowing whether your business is doing well without adding anything up by hand. Here you see how many leads come in, how many end up as appointments, what your customers are saying and how much you are about to close.
Webinars
Giving your own webinar, live or recorded, and filling it with leads. You create the webinar; EK1 gives you the sign-up page, the room, the reminders and the figures on who showed up.
Video Buckets (interactive videos)
Creating a video that asks questions and continues down the path each person chooses. Every viewer becomes a contact in your CRM: their answers tag them and can trigger your automations.
Funnels
Building a multi-step journey for people who reach your website: a page that hooks them, then a form, an order or an appointment, and finally a thank-you page. Each funnel tells you how many people come in, how many carry on and how many drop out at each step.
Blog
Publishing articles under your brand so search engines can find you and you have something useful to show your contacts. You can write them yourself or ask your AI agent for a draft.
Countdown timers
Adding a countdown to your emails and your website to create urgency for an offer. You create it once and paste its code wherever you need it.
Affiliates
Letting other people recommend you and earn a commission on every sale they bring in. Each affiliate gets their own link and sees their clicks, referrals and earnings. You decide how much they earn and when they are paid.
Projects
Managing the work you do for each customer (a case file, a treatment, a building job) with its tasks, deadlines and documents, all in one place and with someone in charge.
Insurance
Keeping your policy portfolio alive in one place: what is about to expire, which premiums are still uncollected, which claims are running late, and which customers are missing a policy you could sell them. It is the day-to-day work of a brokerage inside EK1.
Instagram and LinkedIn
Seeing and controlling what your AI agent does on your social networks. On Instagram it answers messages and comments for you. On LinkedIn you get a dashboard of the contacts and conversations on record.
Facebook and Instagram ads
Seeing how much you spend on ads and what each one brings you, without opening the Facebook panel. Here you only look: your ads are managed by your our support team team.
AI Publisher
Creating content for your social networks and publishing it from the same place. You generate images and reels, look at what your sector is advertising, publish or schedule on several networks at once, reply to comments and see what to film next.
Dossiers and My GPT
Two optional modules. Dossiers turns the documents you already work with (for example, a comparison from a rate-comparison tool and the insurers' own quotes) into a quote with your branding, ready to show your customer. My GPT brings a GPT you already used into EK1, so that your AI agent answers with it and you can try it out.
Questionnaires and consents
Two tools so that your customers and leads give you what you need from them.
Online signing
Sending a PDF to one or more people to sign from their phone, and knowing at any moment who has signed and who is missing.
Automations
Having EK1 do by itself what you always do by hand. When something happens (a new lead comes in, someone fills in a form, an appointment is booked…), the panel does what you told it: sends a WhatsApp message, waits, tags, moves to another stage, creates a task or decides according to the person.
Balance, usage and providers
Knowing how much your agent has spent, where that spending comes from, and how to keep it running without surprises. These are four sister screens: what you have, what has been used, what each provider charges you, and the AI keys that are yours.
Time tracking
Keeping your team's working-time record: who has clocked in, who is on a break, how many hours each person has, what absences there are and which corrections are pending. Employees clock in from their mobile or from a tablet at the entrance.
Support tickets
Handling your customers' questions and issues so none is left unanswered. Each query is a thread with its own status, and the AI prepares a draft reply using what it knows about your business. You review it and send it.
Agent's email
Seeing the emails your agent writes and receives and, if you have it contracted, letting another agent sort your company's everyday email: it files each message in its folder and alerts you only about what matters.
Security and access
Protecting your account with a code from your phone, keeping your team's passwords without sending them over WhatsApp, giving keys to other programs, and setting the signature on your emails.
Documents and project
Following how the setup of your agent is going, keeping your papers private, uploading the files your agent uses, and seeing, in diagrams, how your system works.
Logbook and activity
Noting in two seconds what you have done, seeing at a glance what has happened in the last day and, if you have an agent but no CRM, working through your list of leads.
Communities
Having a private space for your customers or students, where you post, they comment and you moderate. It is your own corner for conversation inside EK1.
Online store
Connecting the online store you already have so that every buyer lands in your CRM, with their order, and so you can see your orders from EK1 without logging in to the store.
Become a partner
Earning a commission for every customer you bring to EK1. You can start with just your affiliate link, which is free, or become a partner at a higher level.
My personal area
Keeping two personal things apart from your company's books: where you have been (and where you will be) and your private notes.
