Balance, usage and providers

What it is for: knowing how much your agent has spent, where that spending comes from, and how to keep it running without surprises. These are four sister screens: what you have, what has been used, what each provider charges you, and the AI keys that are yours.

Where to find it: menu My AI agent («Mi agente IA»).

ScreenWhat it showsWho sees it
Your balance («Tu saldo»)What you have left for calls and AI replies, and your top-upsThe account owner, and only if your account runs on a balance
What your AI uses («Lo que consume tu IA»)Call minutes and generated text, by type and by dayAnyone with a full agent. It is usually folded under More… («Más…»)
Your providers («Tus proveedores»)What each provider charges you this month and a link to check it yourselfThe account owner
Your AI keys («Tus claves de IA»)Your own Claude and OpenAI accounts connected to the panelThe account owner, and only if you already have one saved

If you do not see one of them, ask our support team.

Step by step

See how much balance you have left and when it will run out
  1. Open Your balance.
  2. At the top, under Balance («Saldo»), you see what you have now, the status of your agent and, if there is data from the last week, how many days it lasts at the current pace.
  3. Below that you see the total topped up and the total used.
  4. The status tells you whether all is well (✓ Active («✓ Activo»)), whether your first top-up is missing to switch the agent on, or whether it is paused for lack of balance.
Top up your balance by hand
  1. Under Top up now («Recargar ahora»), click one of the amount buttons or type your own.
  2. Click the pay button. Amounts are paid plus VAT.
  3. You are taken to the payment page. An invoice is issued and the balance is added as soon as it is paid.
  4. If you already have an issued top-up that is unpaid, the screen reminds you.
Make the balance refill itself
  1. Under Automatic top-up («Recarga automática»), tick Automatic top-up with my saved card («Recarga automática con mi tarjeta guardada»).
  2. Fill in When it drops below (€) («Cuando baje de (€)»): the level at which it tops up.
  3. Fill in Top up (€) («Recargar (€)»): how much is added each time.
  4. If you want a limit, type Maximum per month (€, empty = no cap) («Máximo al mes (€, vacío = sin tope)»).
  5. Click Save («Guardar»).
For safety, your agent pauses if the balance drops below the reserve level, so it never spends what you have not paid. When you top up, it starts working again by itself.
Choose where calls go if the balance runs out

Under Automatic top-up there is a field for a mobile number. If the balance runs out, calls are diverted to that number. If you leave it empty, they go to voicemail. Click Save after changing it.

Review your top-ups and where the balance has gone
  • Top-ups («Recargas») lists each top-up, refund or adjustment, with its date and, if there is one, the invoice number.
  • Where it went («En qué se ha ido») groups usage by day and type, for example "Your agent's calls", "Phone" or "AI replies", with the calls and minutes when they apply.
See how much your AI has used, by type and by day
  1. Open What your AI uses.
  2. Under Usage we record («Uso que registramos») you see one card per type:
    • Call minutes («Minutos de llamada»): how long your voice agents have talked, incoming and outgoing.
    • Generated text («Texto generado»): what your agent has written and read (messages, drafts and summaries).
  3. Under Detail by day («Detalle por día») you get each record with its day, type, provider and amount.
  4. If it does not match an invoice, tell us the exact day and we will look into it.
See what you were charged this month and in previous months
  1. Under What you have been charged («Lo que te han cobrado») pick the month with the tabs at the top (This month («Este mes») and the three before).
  2. Total charged adds up what each provider says it has charged you, each in its own currency. Nothing is converted.
  3. Below there is one card per provider (voice, your agent's text, documents and landing pages, phone line) with a status mark:
    • charged («cobrado»): a figure given by the provider itself.
    • measured («medido»): a figure calculated from the usage the provider measures for your key.
    • estimated («estimado»): an approximation made from our own usage record. It is not an invoice.
  4. It updates every hour. If you have just connected an account, come back in a while.
  5. If you have a balance, you will also see how much has been taken from it this month.
See what each provider charges you and open their panel
  1. Open Your providers.
  2. Each provider you use has its own card, with what was charged this month and last month, and the time of the last reading.
  3. The links on the card (for example, see your billing or top up) open the provider's own panel in another tab.
  4. If a provider does not let us check spending with your agent's key, the card says so and does not show a made-up figure: you have the exact figure on their website.
  5. The monthly fees for phone numbers are separate from what was charged for calls.
Connect your own Claude or OpenAI key
  1. Open Your AI keys. Each account has its own card: Claude (designs and reviews your landing pages) and OpenAI (used by KOR, your panel assistant).
  2. If there is none, paste the key into the field and click Check and connect («Comprobar y conectar»).
  3. The key is checked with the provider before it is saved. If it works, you see "Checked and connected".
  4. To change it later, click Change it («Cambiarla»). cancel leaves without touching anything.
  5. If you do not know where to get it, open Where do I get it? («¿De dónde la saco?») on the card: it tells you where it is and reminds you that the account must have balance.
When you save the key it is also changed in your WhatsApp agent. If for some reason that could not be done, the screen tells you right then. Your key is never shown in full again: you only see a hint of its last characters.
