What it is for: seeing in one place which outside accounts your panel has connected (your calendar, your video calls, your social networks), with which account, and connecting or disconnecting what is missing.
Where to find it: menu My account («Mi cuenta») → Connections («Conexiones»).
Who sees it: the account owner. What you connect here works for your whole business, which is why only the owner does it. If you do not see it, ask our support team.
What you see first
- At the top, which business you are connecting for. If you log in to more than one business with your user, it warns you: switch business before connecting anything.
- One row per connection, with its icon, what it is for, the connected account and a status:
- Connected («Conectado»): it works.
- Not connected («Sin conectar»): you can connect it with the row's button.
- Has a problem («Con fallo»): the connection was lost or has expired. Connect it again.
- Pending («Pendiente»): a step that does not depend on you is missing, or a first payment.
- We connect it for you («Lo conectamos nosotros»): the team sets it up with you; write to us.
- Not available («No disponible»): it cannot be connected on your account yet.
- Your own Telegram («Telegram propio»), to receive alerts in your own bot.
- Alerts («Avisos»), at the bottom of the screen, to choose what we alert you about. See Alerts.
What can be connected
| Connection | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Your appointments are added to your Google calendar and the agenda does not offer times you already have busy |
| Google Meet | Each appointment gets its Meet link. It uses the Google Calendar connection |
| Outlook Calendar | The same as Google, if you use Outlook or Microsoft 365 |
| Zoom | Each appointment gets its own Zoom meeting |
| Your agent answers and writes on WhatsApp | |
| Telegram | Receive alerts and talk to the assistant |
| Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, X, Pinterest and Google Business | Publish and respond from those networks |
| Facebook and Instagram ads | Your campaigns and the contacts they bring |
| Calls | Your agent answers and makes phone calls |
Some rows can only be set up by the team (WhatsApp, ads and calls usually are). In that case the row says so and has a Write to us («Escríbenos») button.
Step by step
Connect your calendar (Google or Outlook)
- Check at the top that the business is the right one.
- On the Google Calendar row, click Connect Google Calendar («Conectar Google Calendar»). (For Outlook, Connect Outlook («Conectar Outlook»).)
- Choose your account and give permission on the Google or Microsoft screen.
- You return to Connections with a green notice. The row changes to Connected and shows the account.
If you have both, appointments go to Google. Google Meet has no button of its own: it switches on with your Google Calendar, and then you choose it in each calendar, under Calendar («Calendario») → Public bookings («Reservas públicas») → Video call («Videollamada»).
Connect Zoom
- On the Zoom row, click Connect Zoom («Conectar Zoom»).
- Give permission on Zoom and come back.
- After that you can choose Zoom in your calendars.
If the row says Pending and that Zoom is reviewing the connection, in the meantime you can put the link to your personal room as the "Fixed link" («Enlace fijo») in your calendar.
Connect a social network
- On the network's row (for example Instagram), click Connect Instagram («Conectar Instagram»).
- The network's screen opens. Log in and give permission.
- When you return you will see "You are back from the network" («Has vuelto de la red»): check below that the row shows Connected with your account name. If not, click Connect again.
Some networks are part of a module you already have, and the row says so ("Included in your..."). If a network is paid for separately, the button shows what it costs and asks you to confirm before charging anything. If a row says "To connect it, write to us", we tell you the cost first.
Reconnect something that stopped working
- Find the row with the status Has a problem. The note tells you what happened (the permission was withdrawn or expired).
- Click Connect again («Volver a conectar») and give the permission again.
Disconnect
- On the connected row (Google Calendar, Outlook or Zoom), click Disconnect («Desconectar»).
- Read the warning: it tells you what will stop happening (for example, that new appointments will stop being added to your Google calendar) and asks for confirmation.
- Confirm. The row goes back to Not connected.
Receive alerts in your own Telegram
- In Telegram, open @BotFather, type
/newbotand give it any name you like. It gives you a long code (the token). - Open your new bot and click Start.
- Paste the token under Your own Telegram and click Connect («Conectar»). A test message arrives.
- To change bots, click Change bot («Cambiar de bot»).
Alerts are free. Talking to the assistant from Telegram depends on what you have contracted.

| "The link has expired" | It took too long to give permission | Click Connect again |
| "You did not give permission..." | You cancelled on the Google, Microsoft or Zoom screen | Click Connect again and accept |
| The row says Not available | That connection is not open on your account yet | Ask our support team |
| I connected a network and it shows Has a problem | The permission is incomplete or has expired | Click Connect again |
