Facebook and Instagram ads

What it is for: seeing how much you spend on ads and what each one brings you, without opening the Facebook panel. Here you only look: your ads are managed by your our support team team.

Where to find it: menu Win customers («Captar clientes») → Facebook and Instagram ads («Anuncios en Facebook e Instagram»).
Who sees it: anyone who has this service. If you do not have it, the entry shows with a padlock and the screen offers to activate it.

What you see first

  1. The header "Your Meta campaigns" («Tus campañas Meta»), with the label Advertising · last 30 days («Publicidad · últimos 30 días»).
  2. Ads funnel («Embudo de anuncios»), if there are already ads with spend or leads in the period.
  3. One card per ad account, with the numbers for the last 30 days and the list of its campaigns.

If your service is active but no account is linked yet, you will see "We are preparing your campaign. You will soon see your live results here." You do not need to do anything.

Step by step

See how much you spend and what you get

On each account's card, at the top, there are four big numbers:

  • Results («Resultados», the name changes with the campaign objective, for example contacts or potential customers). It is the number highlighted in green.
  • Cost per result («Coste por resultado»): what each one costs you.
  • Spend («Inversión»): what you have spent.
  • Reach («Alcance»): how many people your ads have reached.

Below, supporting metrics: Impressions («Impresiones»), Clicks («Clics»), CTR, CPC, CPM and Frequency («Frecuencia»). If there is spend, you also see the Daily spend («Gasto diario») chart.

Know which campaigns are working
  1. In each account's Campaigns («Campañas») list, every row starts with its status: Active («Activa»), Paused («Pausada»), In review («En revisión») or With an issue («Con incidencia»).
  2. On the right you see the objective, the daily budget (if it has one) and, for that campaign, the amount spent, the results and what each one costs.
  3. At the top right of the card it says how many campaigns are active out of the total.

A campaign "With an issue" or "In review" needs attention from your ads team: tell our support team.

Follow a lead from the ad to the appointment

This is the Ads funnel, over a date range (by default, the last 30 days).

  1. Look at the row of figures: Spend («Gasto»), Impressions, Clicks, Page visits («Visitas a la página»), Leads / conversations («Leads / conversaciones»), Appointments («Citas») and Did they show up? («¿Se presentó?»). Each step shows what each one costs.
  2. A figure marked not measured («sin medir») is not a zero: that step cannot be measured yet. "Not applicable" («no aplica») appears when the ads go to a form or a chat rather than to a page.
  3. Below, the table by ad: spend, clicks, leads, cost per lead, appointments and cost per appointment.
  4. Leads are the people who came in during the range. Appointments are those held or booked in the range, even if the person came in earlier.
Look at just one campaign, ad set or ad
  1. Above the funnel, press the name of a campaign. All campaigns («Todas las campañas») takes you back to the full view.
  2. If that campaign has several ad sets, another row appears to choose one (All ad sets, «Todos los conjuntos», removes it).
  3. Press the name of an ad in the table to see only that one.
Get the service

If the screen says "This service is not active on your account", press the button that reads I want to advertise → («Quiero anunciarme →»). Your team replies with the next steps.
