What it is for: knowing whether your business is doing well without adding anything up by hand. Here you see how many leads come in, how many end up as appointments, what your customers are saying and how much you are about to close.
Where to find it: menu Results («Resultados») → Performance («Rendimiento»), What your customers say («Qué dicen tus clientes»), This month vs. last month («Este mes vs. el anterior», inside More…), Monthly report («Informe mensual», inside More…) and Sales and forecast («Ventas y previsión»). The Conversion («Conversión») screen is in the Win customers («Captar clientes») menu, inside More….
Who sees it: anyone with your AI agent active sees Performance, What your customers say, This month vs. last month, Monthly report and Conversion. Sales and forecast is for anyone who has the CRM. If one is missing from your menu, ask our support team.
What you see first
Each screen answers a different question. They all calculate themselves from what is already in EK1: you do not have to fill anything in.
| Screen | Answers | Period |
|---|---|---|
| Performance | How is my agent doing? | Last 30 days |
| What your customers say | What should I improve or take advantage of? | Last 30 days |
| This month vs. last month | Am I up or down on last month? | Current month against the previous one |
| Monthly report | What has my AI done for me? | Current month and previous month |
| Sales and forecast | How much do I have in play and how much will I close? | Whatever you choose |
| Conversion | Where do my leads come from and where do they drop off? | 7, 30 or 90 days |
Step by step
See how many contacts end up booking an appointment
- Go to Performance.
- At the top you have four figures: Leads captured («Leads captados»), Appointments booked («Citas agendadas»), Appointments attended («Citas atendidas») and WhatsApp messages, 7 days («Mensajes WA 7d»).
- Under "Leads captured" you see what percentage are hot. Under "Appointments booked", what percentage of leads ended up booking (the conversion). Under "Appointments attended", what percentage of appointments were attended (the attendance).
Know whether my agent is working well
- In Performance, look at the Health («Salud») block: four signals with a green or grey dot.
- Green means there is activity: calls in 30 days, WhatsApp messages in 7 days, new leads in 30 days and a conversion above 15%.
- Grey means something is stopped. If "No calls in 30 days" or "No messages in 7 days" shows grey and you did not expect it, check your channels in Connections or ask our support team.
See how many leads are hot, warm or cold
In Performance, the Qualification breakdown («Distribución calificación») block splits the leads of the last 30 days into three bars: Hot, Warm and Cold, with the number and percentage of each. The more hot ones, the closer they are to buying.
See how many calls my agent has made or received
In Performance, the AI calls («Llamadas IA») block shows the total number of calls in the last 30 days, the total minutes and the percentage of calls that lasted more than 5 seconds (the ones that were answered).
Find out what my customers say and what I should do
- Go to What your customers say.
- Click Generate insights («Generar insights»). The AI analyses the last 30 days and takes a few seconds (the button reads "Analysing…").
- You get cards of four kinds: Opportunity, Risk, Win and Action. Each one has a title and a concrete explanation.
- If some time passes and you want a fresh analysis, click Regenerate («Regenerar»).
Insights are not saved: they disappear when you leave the screen. If one is useful, write it down.
Compare this month with the previous one
- Go to This month vs. last month (inside More… of the Results group).
- You will see six rows: Leads captured, Hot leads, Appointments booked, Appointments attended, AI calls and Lead to appointment conversion.
- In each row, this month's figure is on the left. On the right there is an arrow with the percentage change: green ↑ if you improved, red ↓ if you dropped, grey → if it is the same. Underneath is last month's figure.
At the start of the month the current figures are small because the month has only just begun. Compare calmly from the second week.
Show my team (or my partner) what the AI does for me
- Go to Monthly report (inside More… of the Results group).
- At the top is the current month, marked "Current month", and below it the previous month.
- Each month shows the Work hours saved, the Estimated savings, the Leads handled (with the change against the previous month), the Hot leads and the Appointments booked.
- To share it, print the page or take a screenshot and forward it.
The hours and savings are a cautious estimate to give you an idea of the value. The leads and appointments are real data from your CRM.
See how much I am going to sell this month
- Go to Sales and forecast.
- At the top choose the Pipeline and the From and Until (not included) dates. By default the current month shows.
- Read the four cards: Open now (how many opportunities are in play and their value), Expected to close, Won in the period and Close rate.
- Below, the table by stage tells you how many opportunities and how much money are in each one. The Expected figure of each stage is its value multiplied by its closing probability.
- If you have no pipeline, the screen tells you: create it in My CRM, Pipeline tab.
Adjust the closing probability of each stage
- In Sales and forecast, look at the Probability column of the table.
- Type a percentage from 0 to 100 in the stage you want to correct. It is saved when you leave the box.
- If you leave it empty, EK1 estimates it from the position of the stage and marks it with the word "estimated".
Only the account owner can change the probabilities. The rest of the team sees them but cannot edit them.
See how each person on my team is doing
In Sales and forecast, the By owner table shows, per person, the open opportunities, their open value, the won ones and the won value. Opportunities with no owner show as "Unassigned".
Download the sales report as a spreadsheet
In Sales and forecast, click Download CSV. You get a file with what you see on screen (the pipeline and period you chose), ready to open in Excel.
See where my leads come from and where they drop off
- Go to Conversion.
- At the top right choose the period: 7d, 30d or 90d.
- Look at the four figures: Leads, Appointments booked, Lead to appointment conversion and Best channel (the one that brings you the most leads).
- If there is a clear leak, a red box appears: Your biggest leak. It tells you between which two steps and in which channel you lose the most people.
- In Funnel by channel you see one row per channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, landings, website, referrals...). Each row goes step by step: conversations, leads, qualified, appointments booked and attendance. The ↓ arrow between steps is the percentage that moves forward: red if low, amber if medium, green if good.
Imported contacts or contacts with no known source are left out of the funnel so they do not distort the percentages. The "Attended" step only appears once you mark in the agenda whether the contact showed up.
See where each lead is right now
- In Conversion, look at the circular drawing at the top, Where each lead is right now.
- Each dot is a person. It runs from the outside in: Entered, Chatting, Hot, With appointment and Customer.
- The wedge shows the channel they came in through. The size of the dot is their score. The colour fades once they have gone 30 days or more without moving. Green means they are already a customer.
- Hover over a dot to see their name, channel and points.
If you do not have leads yet, the drawing may show sample data marked with a "demo" notice. It is not yours.
If something does not look right
| What happens | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Everything is zero in Performance or in the Monthly report | There are no leads, appointments or calls in that period yet | Wait for some activity or check that your channels are connected |
| "Generate insights" shows an error | The analysis could not be completed at that moment | Click it again after a minute; if it persists, ask our support team |
| This month vs. last month shows +100% with tiny figures | Last month had zero and this month has some | That is normal: compare once there is more volume |
| I do not see "Sales and forecast" | You do not have the CRM | Ask in Help and contact («Ayuda y contacto») |
| "Sales and forecast" says you have no pipeline | You have not created one yet | Create it in My CRM, Pipeline tab |
| Conversion does not show the "Attended" step | You have not yet marked whether people came to their appointments | Mark it in the appointments agenda |
| "This month vs. last month" or "Monthly report" is missing | They are inside More… of the Results group | Click More… in the menu |
