Landings, domains and web traffic

What it is for: creating lead-capture pages (landings), putting them on your own domain, and seeing how many visits and contacts each one brings. Contacts who arrive through a landing go straight into your CRM.

Where to find it: menu Win customers («Captar clientes») → My landings («Mis landings»), Domains («Dominios») and Web traffic («Tráfico web»). Domain DNS («DNS del dominio») is under My account («Mi cuenta»).
Who sees it: the account owner, if your account has the landing creator switched on. If you only have pages published by the team, you see My landings and Web traffic to look at them, but cannot create or publish. Domain DNS only appears if you have a domain assigned. If one is missing, ask our support team.

What you see first

  1. My landings: at the top, how many you have published, and the buttons Create with AI («Crear con IA») and Upload an .html page («Subir una página .html»). Below, one card per landing with its status (Draft, Published or Unpublished), its address, its version and the contacts it has brought.
  2. Domains: three blocks, Buy a domain («Comprar un dominio»), My domains («Mis dominios») and Connect a domain I already have («Conectar un dominio que ya tengo»).
  3. Web traffic: the visit figures for your published pages. If you have none yet, it says so and takes you to See my landings («Ver mis landings»).
  4. Domain DNS: the list of records for your domain.

Step by step

Create a landing with the creator
  1. Go to My landings and click Create with AI.
  2. Say what you want, the way you would tell a person: what it is for, who it is aimed at and what you want them to do when they see it. If you do not know where to start, click one of the examples below the box.
  3. Click Create («Crear»). It takes one or two minutes. You can carry on with something else: the result appears on the same screen when it finishes.
  4. When it is done you will see Ready and reviewed or Saved as a draft, but it still has things to fix. In the second case, the card tells you what needs fixing before publishing: ask for a change or upload another version.

There is a daily limit on new designs. If none are left today, the screen tells you; changes to the landings you already have keep working.

If you already have a finished page, click Upload an .html page, give it a title, choose the file (2 MB maximum) and click Create. It is saved as a draft.

See the preview and ask for changes
  1. On the landing's card, click Preview («Vista previa»). It opens in another tab. Check it on your phone and on a computer before publishing.
  2. To change something, click Ask for a change («Pedir un cambio»), write what you want ("make the button green", "remove the questions section", "a shorter headline") and click Request the change («Pedir el cambio»).
  3. You can also click Edit by hand («Editar a mano») to open the visual editor. This button only appears on wide screens; on a phone, ask your assistant or use Ask for a change. While a change is being made, Edit by hand is disabled so the two do not overwrite each other.
  4. Every change is saved as a new version. With Versions («Versiones») you see the history, and with Go back to this one («Volver a esta») you recover an earlier one. If the landing is already published, what is live does not change until you publish it again.

You can also upload another file with Upload HTML («Subir HTML») and Save new version («Guardar versión nueva»).

Publish a landing on your domain
  1. On the card, click Publish at… («Publicar en…»).
  2. Type the domain where you want it to appear. A subdomain is better, for example ofertas.yourdomain.com. Below, it tells you what will happen: which version is published, and whether it replaces another landing or moves the one that was already published.
  3. Click Confirm and publish («Confirmar y publicar»). If the page has not been reviewed yet, it is reviewed first (prices, phone numbers, legal texts), which takes one or two minutes. Do not close the tab.
  4. If this is the first time you use that domain, the screen asks you to prove it is yours: it gives you a record with Name, Type and Value, each with a Copy button. Add it where you bought the domain and click I have added it, check («Ya lo he puesto, comprobar»). Changes can take up to an hour to show. You only need to do this once per domain.
  5. When it works you will see the landing's public address, with the note With padlock («Con candado», the web security padlock). If it says Waiting for the padlock, it retries by itself; if it still looks the same after a while, use Publish again in full («Volver a publicar del todo»).

To take it down, click Unpublish («Despublicar») and confirm with Yes, unpublish. The link stops working and anyone who has it will see "This page is no longer available". An unpublished landing can be deleted with Delete («Borrar»); its versions are deleted too, and the contacts it brought stay in your CRM.

If you remove all the landings from a domain, it appears under Retired domains («Dominios retirados»). There you can publish again whenever you like, or click Release domain («Liberar dominio») if you will not use it for anything any more.

See the pages the team has set up for you

If the team has published pages on your website, they appear at the top under Your published pages («Tus páginas publicadas»), with the figures for the last 30 days: visits, WhatsApp clicks, agenda, contacts and whether they show on Google. Use the search box, the filters All, With visits and On Google, and See 50 more if there are many.

Buy a domain
  1. Go to Domains. Under Buy a domain, type the name (for example my-company) and click Search («Buscar»).
  2. You will see the ones that are free, with the total before VAT. If there are several durations, choose the years in the dropdown. Some extensions require a minimum number of years and it says so below.
  3. Click Buy («Comprar»). The first time, it asks for the holder's details (first name, last name, email, phone, address, postcode, city and country). These are required by the official registry; the domain is registered in your name.
  4. Click Continue to payment («Continuar al pago»). You pay before it is registered: if you do not pay, nothing is registered.
  5. When you come back from the payment, the screen checks the payment and tells you how it is going. If it takes a while, click Check again («Volver a comprobar»).

If you see Coming soon («Próximamente») instead of Buy, domain purchases are not open on your account yet.

Connect a domain I already have
  1. Under Connect a domain I already have, type the domain (for example www.my-company.com) and click Connect («Conectar»).
  2. The screen shows the records you need to add in the control panel of the company where you bought it, each with a copy button.
  3. Add them and wait. It checks by itself. Under My domains you will see the status: Waiting for the records, Connecting or Connected. If one is missing, it is marked "not visible yet".
See how my domains are doing

Under My domains there is one card per domain with its status (Pending payment, Paid, Registered, Configured, Working, Under review...) and a line of steps. If an order is pending, you have Pay («Pagar») and I have paid («Ya he pagado»).

See and change DNS records
  1. Go to Domain DNS. If you have more than one domain, choose one in the dropdown at the top.
  2. You will see its records: type, name, value and TTL. Search with Search name or value... or filter with All types.
  3. If it says editing enabled at the top, you can click + Add record («+ Añadir registro»), fill in the type, the host and the value, and click Save record («Guardar registro»). To remove one, click delete («borrar») on its row and confirm.
  4. If it says read only, you can only view them. To change something, ask our support team.

Be careful with MX records (they decide where your email arrives) and NS records (they move the whole domain to another provider). To touch them you must tick a confirmation box, because a mistake can stop your website or your email working.

See the traffic of my landings
  1. Go to Web traffic.
  2. At the top right, choose the period: 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
  3. You will see visits, visitors, WhatsApp clicks, agenda clicks, contacts and appointments, each compared with the previous period. Below, visits per day, Where they come from, Campaigns and Which page converts, with the step from visit to click, to contact and to appointment.
