What it is for: registering what you sell so that your AI agent can offer it to your leads. Each product is a card with its image, its description, a PDF brochure and a link to buy it.
Where to find it: menu Material → Product catalogue («Catálogo de productos»).
Who sees it: the whole team. No module is needed.
What you see first
- A sentence at the top explaining what the cards are: what your AI agent sends to leads by WhatsApp, voice, email, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- The count: how many products you have and how many are active.
- The + New product button («+ Nuevo producto»).
- Your product cards. Each one shows its image, name, category and a badge: Active («Activo»), Inactive («Inactivo») or Withdrawn («Retirado»).
The important rule: a product is only sent if it is active, and you can only activate it once it has an image and a PDF. While it is inactive, your AI agent neither mentions nor sends it, even if the lead asks about it.
Step by step
Create a product
- Click + New product.
- Fill in Name («Nombre», required), Category («Categoría»), Description («Descripción»), Use cases («Casos de uso») and Purchase / more info link («Enlace de contratación / más info»).
- Click Create product («Crear producto»). If the name is missing, it tells you.
- The product is created inactive. To be able to activate it, upload its image and PDF now.
Upload the image and the PDF
- On the product's card, click Upload img («Subir img») and choose the image (up to 8 MB).
- Click Upload PDF («Subir PDF») and choose the brochure (PDF only, up to 25 MB).
- On the card you will see ✓ Imagen and ✓ PDF once they are there. If one is missing, you see ⚠ Sin imagen or ⚠ Sin PDF.
- To replace them later, the buttons are renamed Change img («Cambiar img») and Change PDF («Cambiar PDF»).
- With view PDF ↗ («ver PDF ↗») and link ↗ («enlace ↗») you check what the lead will see.
Activate a product
- Once the product has an image and a PDF, click Activate («Activar») on its card. The badge changes to Active.
- If you have just uploaded the last missing piece, the card itself asks "It is complete. Your agent is not offering it yet because it is inactive" («Ya está completo. Tu agente aún no lo ofrece porque está inactivo»). Click Activate now («Activar ahora»), or Not now («Ahora no») if you would rather wait.
- If you cannot click Activate, it is because the image or the PDF is missing, or because the product is withdrawn.
Activate several products at once
- If you have complete products that are switched off, a warning appears at the top: "You have N products ready that your agent is NOT offering" («Tienes N productos listos que tu agente NO está ofreciendo»).
- Click Activate all N («Activar los N»), or Activate the product («Activar el producto») if there is only one.
- If any cannot be activated, the panel tells you which. The rest are activated.
- If there is one you do not sell, leave it switched off and activate the others one by one from their cards.
Stop offering a product
- On its card, click Deactivate («Desactivar»).
- The product stays in your catalogue, but your AI agent stops offering it. You can activate it again whenever you like.
Change the name, description or link
- Click the ✎ on the card.
- Change Name, Category, Description, Use cases or Link («Enlace»).
- Click Save («Guardar»), or Cancel («Cancelar») to leave it as it was.
Delete a product
- Click the 🗑 on the card.
- Confirm in the message "Delete ...?" («¿Borrar …?»).
- If all you want is for it to stop being offered, Deactivate is better: that way you keep it.
Withdrawn products
A product with the Withdrawn badge is no longer sold. It cannot be activated and it does not trigger the "ready to activate" warning, even if it has an image and a PDF.
Tips so that your AI agent offers it well
- Write the Description the way you would explain it to a customer: what it is and what problem it solves, in a few lines.
- Use a Purchase / more info link that works. Open it with link ↗ to check.
- Check the PDF with view PDF ↗. It is what the lead will receive.
- Give similar products the same Category to keep them tidy.
