Affiliates

1. Open the Programa tab.
2. Tick Programa activo (program active).
3. In «A dónde llevan los enlaces» (where the links lead), enter the address of your website, landing page or form.
4. Set the timings: Días que dura la cookie (how long it remembers who brought the person), Si dos afiliados traen a la misma persona (if two affiliates bring the same person: Se la queda el primero is the first one, Se la queda el último the last one) and Días desde el cobro hasta poder pagarla (days from payment until the commission can be paid out).
5. Click Guardar.

1. In Programa, tick Página pública para apuntarse.
2. If you want to review each request before accepting it, tick Aprobar a mano cada alta.
3. Click Copiar to take the address of that page and share it wherever you like.
4. Save with Guardar.

The person fills in name, email, phone and company, and accepts the processing of their data. If manual approval is off, they get the link to their panel by email straight away.

1. In the Afiliados tab, click + Añadir afiliado.
2. Fill in name, email and whatever else you have (phone, company, tax ID, IBAN (para pagarle), the bank account to pay them), and the Idioma de su panel (the language of their panel).
3. Click Guardar. You get the link to their panel, which is shown only now: copy it.
4. Later, on their row, Mandar su panel por email sends it to them, and Enlace a su panel gives you a new one. In both cases the previous link stops working.

Each affiliate also has a recommendation link, with a Copiar enlace button, for them to share.

Each affiliate has a status: Activo, Por aprobar, En pausa or Rechazado. On their row:

• If waiting for approval: Aprobar or Rechazar.
• If active: Pausar.
• If paused or rejected: Activar.
• Editar changes their details. Borrar removes them, after asking you to confirm.

1. Open Comisiones por producto and click + Añadir regla. If the button is greyed out, first create your products in Ajustes de Ventas.
2. Choose the Producto and who it applies to (Para): all affiliates or one in particular. A rule for one affiliate beats the general one.
3. Choose the Tipo: a percentage of the sale (before tax) or a fixed amount, and enter the figure.
4. Under Cuándo, choose Solo la primera venta (first sale only), Durante N meses (for N months, and enter the months) or De por vida (for life).
5. Click Guardar.

Without rules there are no commissions. Each rule can be edited with Editar or deleted from its row.

Useful when someone arrived without using the link.

1. Open Referidos.
2. Under Contacto, search for the person by name, company or email.
3. Under Lo trajo (brought by), choose the affiliate (only active ones are listed).
4. Click Asignar next to the contact found.

In the referrals list you will see whether they came A mano (by hand) or through Su enlace (their link). Quitar undoes the credit: their future invoices will no longer earn commission.

1. Comisiones shows each one with its date, affiliate, invoice, amount and status: En plazo, Por pagar, Pagada or Anulada. Calcular ahora checks the paid invoices and creates any that are missing.
2. When a commission becomes Por pagar, it shows up in the Pagos tab, with the affiliate's bank account.
3. Make the transfer yourself, outside EK1. Then type the Referencia de la transferencia and click Marcar pagado. Confirm.
4. The payment is kept under Pagos hechos, with its number and a Justificante PDF (payment receipt).

EK1 does not move money: it only records that you have paid.

1. Open Material.
2. Type a Título (for example, «Banner 1080×1080»).
3. Click Subir fichero and pick an image, a PDF or an MP4 video.
4. The affiliate will see it in their panel. Borrar removes it.

The affiliate opens the link you gave them, with no password. They see, in their language and with your branding:

• Your link (their own recommendation link), with a button to copy it.
• Their Clics, Referidos and Ventas (clicks, referrals and sales).
• Their amounts: Pendiente, Por cobrar and Pagado.
• The Comisiones list, with date, description, amount and status.
• The Pagos recibidos (payments received), with their Justificante.
• Your Material promocional, to download.

If their account is awaiting approval or paused, they only see a notice saying so.
